It's been a long time!

Wow! So much has changed since my last blog post! I knew I was not a good "blogger," but I really didn't realize that it had been over two years since I have posted!

All of the children have now left for college. Megan graduated college last June! Congratulations, to her... I am so proud of you! She now is a part-time manager at Maurice's and LOVES her job. That makes me so happy.

I miss mom every day. She lost her battle to cancer June 1st. It was so hard on her. We cherish the time we had with her, and know that she lives in us, and that will keep us content for now.

Thom and I were married March 20th. Yay! Our marriage has been such a blessing to me. I love my new family, and spending my time with Thom.

I have opened Urban Paper. What a dream come true! I enjoy my job every day. Love that! It's been a lot of work, and a huge time commitment - and I wouldn't trade it for the world!

Okay, we're caught up! I'm off to do something wonderful at the store! :) Stay tuned...

Hi Hudson!

This is my nephew Hudson. We call him Huh-Huh. (His big brother Carson started that, Hudson was hard to say.) I just can't get enough of this little guy... he wants so much to be big and do everything his brother does! Love it! You Go Hudsy! Auntie Jill loves you!

Did I Mention I Like COFFEE?

Ok, here's a picture of Megan with my nephews Chris and Ben. This was taken at Auntie Jeni's house in Hawaii. Megan went to visit last summer. Chris is now living in San Diego. Ben is deciding where he wants to go to college. Megan is trying to get him to Corvallis! We'd love it! I have linked Jen and Tommy's coffee farm to my blog. Megan is moving back to college. She just got home for the summer a couple of weeks ago, then found a summer job in Corvallis. She will live with her best friend, Alexa. It sounds good, working at a salon/day spa at the makeup counter... but then, today.... she got a call. Could she come to an interview on Monday at... NORDSTROM? Um, yes, she believes she will do that. Well, Megan, you best not unpack your car! If she gets the Nordstrom job, she'll live with Auntie Janell and her little family. How fun is that! Good Luck, Sweetie... I know how much you would love to work at Nordstrom.

So, here it is. My first, no, second attempt at a blog. Bear with me, I'm new here. I have this really cool idea of what my blog should look like. It is not what you see now. I have no idea how to accomplish it... I just know I want it! I'll get there. It will be trial and error for a bit. We'll see. I will want something pink. Definately pink. I'll get some flowers.
